Did you recompile the macro? Recompiling consists of opening it and resaving with the latest WP version. Normally not required, but something to try. Also, if you are running the templates from a central server you may want to have separate macros for each version people may be running (which is documented in the deployment guide if you are a big shop).
Also, I have seen a few comments from you lately (part fo the transition I expect). I would love to hear from you on the positives and negatives of moving to the newest version. Also, any new features (OCR? OOXML?) that you may have tried. And any details you can share on your business.
