Is there a workaround to handle Lightning's call -- upon asking it to open a new document in word processing and specifying WP as default -- that I download a trial version of X3? When exporting a Note containing an apostrophe (e.g. witnesses') to Word Perfect X3 from Lightning 1.0.0.466 Beta, the process translates the apostrophe as ’ so that the imported text reads witnesses’   -- Bill Anderson 

After installing Lightning, SnagIt v.8 ceased to work and caused errors. I uninstalled and reinstalled SnagIt, but it didn't help. This morning I uninstalled Lightning and now SnagIt functions fine.  From reading other posts, it looks as if there are some Clipboard and capture issues to fix.

This is a new issue. I click on a note to open it. The icon indicates it is open. The Lighning navigator screen appears to have an aura or highlight around it. The note is no where to be found.
