    Why not have the 'Send to Mail Recipient' feature use the Windows 'Send to Mail Recipient' like WordPerfect X3 does?

    Hi, Is it not pretty easy to add support for other email programs? I would think it just used the default application for opening/creating new emails. If that is not the case, I hope as much effort will be put into supporting email clients other than Outlook or Outlook Express. Personally, I am stuck with Outlook at work, but in the past have ...

    Hi John, For this release we only tested our 'Send to Mail Recipient' feature with Outlook and Outlook Express. Support for other email clients will be influenced by demand so letting us know that you use Groupwise is helpful. Tom

  • Outlook may need to be restarted if a Lightning message gets cancelled.

    If you choose to send a note or document to email from Lightning, or choose to send a 'tell a friend' message from Lightning and then instead of sending the message from Outlook you cancel it, you may need to restart Outlook. Once a Lightning generated message gets cancelled you may no longer be able to access your inbox or calendar etc. ...
