Keeps hanging with Go to control panel and install and configure system components. I've added network options (not initially loaded) but still get message. What else needs to be installed to get installation to complete?

Jim, it sounds like you may be having a problem some other folks have experienced where our installation process calls up some other installer on your system rather than the Lightning installer. Try downloading the full installation application from the link below and see if that works for ...
